Meet owners Kathy & David
Wine & Sonoma Valley Enthusiasts
Kathy is a native Bay Area resident, having traveled to Sonoma County all her life for various adventures. Dave is a mild mannered Mid-Westerner from northern Illinois, & has resided in California for over 30 years. We met doing what we love -- road cycling on the Peninsula, where we have lived for many years. Both of us have our own businesses in the Bay Area, in addition to operating our vacation rental home that we love. We have now settled into our home in the Diamond A neighborhood in Sonoma. Our older daughter, who practices law in Napa, also lives in Sonoma with her husband, Kyle, and our adorable grandchildren, Vivian & Marlon. Our younger daughter, who resides on the Peninsula, is a wonderful mother to Lillian and Jasmine. We all genuinely love connecting with, and helping Sonoma-bound travelers enjoy all that is offered here!

Liz Sebastiani, Sonoma Vintage Cottage Manager
Liz was born and raised in Sonoma, where her family has deep roots and history. Liz graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. After college, she returned to Sonoma County where she bought & operated a 27-acre equestrian facility for 10 years.
Eventually settling in Sonoma to raise her three daughters, Liz was drawn to the ever-changing vacation rental industry, and began managing vacation rental properties in Sonoma, Hawaii and Utah. As a certified Property Vacation Manager with 15 years of experience and long time Sonoma resident, Liz provides a cornucopia of local knowledge to help each client and their guests have a special experience. She looks forward to assisting each traveler with their unique travel goals to create a memorable vacation!
